When do installs happen? +
Installs run from late October through early December, scheduled in the order people book. Booking early gets you more choice of dates.
Do I need to be home for the install? +
Not usually. Most installs happen while people are at work. We just need access to your yard, outdoor outlets, and any locked gates.
What if a bulb or section goes out? +
Text us and we'll fix it within 48 hours, at no charge, for the whole season.
Do you provide the lights? +
Yes. Lights, clips, and timers are all included, and we store your set over the summer so it's ready for next season.
When do you take everything down? +
January, weather depending. We'll reach out to schedule it.
Are you insured? +
Yes. Happy to send proof of insurance if you'd like to see it.
Can I keep the lights up after the season? +
Lights come down in January. If you'd like them left up longer, reach out about extended-season pricing.
Who owns the lights? +
We own the lights, timers, and clips. We maintain and store them, so you never have to buy or replace anything.
